Leader in Me incorporates world-renowned Stephen Covey's 7-Habits of Highly Effective people. College Park Elementary scholars incorporate the 7-Habits into their expectations and daily routines. 

Habit 1: Be Proactive:

  • I demonstrate responsibility by taking the lead.
  • I initiate actions and consciously choose my behaviors and attitudes.
  • I hold myself accountable for my choices and avoid blaming others.
  • I consistently make thoughtful decisions, even when no one is watching.

Habit 2: Begin With the End in Mind:
